I made a simplified version of the Couscous Tuna salad recipe blogged about here.  Yum.  I omitted the roasted peppers, olives, and capers; instead used green pepper and grape tomatoes.  Also, I used tuna packed in water rather than oil.  Possibly I used less olive oil and lemon juice as well, since I didn't measure either of them.  Just used ( Read more... )

As my LJ makes clear, the focus on the house hunt and sale is looming large in my life.

I loved one condo downtown but the the fees were pretty high and didn't cover anything other than trash removal and snow removal.  Between the condo fees and taxes, the new payment would equal my current house payment before even adding in the actual mortgage. :(
